Here are a couple of cards that I made from Beate's latest Challenge. They were pretty simple to make and perfect for the occasions...

I CASED a card...

Ok I think that is what it is called when you copy a card that you really like. Well I mostly copied this card from Beate's site. I love it, and had a good time creating it for my friends graduation card, although sometimes I wish that I could just create the card for myself but what fun would that be;-)

Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge #6 and Simply Amazing Sketch card

This first card is for this weekends sketch challenge. It was fun trying this round card. I have the circles from Creative Memories and they worked great, once I figured out which size I wanted for the card. The one thing that I should have thought about was the center of gravity, I would have designed it a little differently, but I still like it and my coworker loves purple so this ones for her!


This one is for the simply amazing giveaway that Beate is doing for making it to 300,000 hits! That is simply amazing. I found a sketch from this Sketch this website that I really liked and this is the card that I made. It is for my Husband, Abigails Dad for Fathers Day. I hope that he likes it a lot!

Fresh and Fun Weekend Sketch Challenge #5

This was a great card as soon as I saw the layout I knew what I was going to do. I am going to give it to Grannie Paula today after her last radiation treatment! I also got to use my new bee (I am sure that I was not supposed to buy this but I fell in love with it the first time that I saw it and knew that I had to have it, I just ran across this in the store and could not resist...) and love the colors that I used to color him in with.

Fresh and Funs Weekend Sketch Challenge #4

I am having a really hard time with this layout. I have tried two different cards and think that I am going to try a third before this weekend ends, but for now these are the two attempts that I made. On the second one I tried some paper piercing, but I not too sure about that. I will have to try a little more to see if I like that or not. Just had a little bit of a hard time...
